David : Co-owner, with over 20 years in the computer industry, he is responsible for managing all technical scheduling, financial, and on-line tracking tools utilized by Solomons, Currently, he is developing and implementing robotic prototypes to automate numerous branches of the construction industry.

Alyce: Our general contractor. By managing our schedules and coordinating our sub-contractors, she completes a custom home in approximately seven months. She brings an amazing level of talent to the home construction process. Alyce's skills have been developing since she was a child as she helped and watched her father build truly one of a kind homes in Sunshine Canyon in Boulder. Alyce's design and layout skills give each home that we build a unique Colorado flavor.

Reed, patient older brother, holds a degree in Industrial Arts and is our architect, foreman and carpenter extraordinaire. Reed draws and engineers our home designs, manages the engineering approval process, and works with the subcontractors on site. Reed's talent in the design process allows us to build a home that is elegant, efficient with our natural resources, and shows outstanding craftsmanship.
